This coffee is decaffeinated using Colombia’s natural Sugarcane Ethyl Acetate process. Molasses from local sugarcane is fermented into ethyl acetate, then mixed with water to gently wash away about 97% of the caffeine after the beans are lightly steamed. The beans are then thoroughly rinsed and slowly dried. Because the ingredients are naturally derived and the process happens locally, the flavor integrity of high-quality coffee remains beautifully intact.

This decaf breaks every stereotype — vibrant with caramel sweetness, bright apple and citrus notes, and a depth that makes you forget it's decaffeinated. Sourced from El Vergel in Tolima, it shines across all brew methods, revealing berries and citrus in pour-overs and chocolatey Colombian richness in espresso or French press.
