MoJo
The inspo for the mojo comes from one of the nation's oldest cocktails. The mint mojito. Through combining lime juice, coffee, housemade mint syrup, and a hint of ginger beer, we’ve concocted a beverage that is both refreshing and timeless. The blend of fizzy tang and rich coffee gives you a tasteful punch in the mouth. Just a few sips will have you reminiscing about your favorite moments of Summer. Grab a mojo and keep your body in rhythm with the Summer vibes!
Béy
The Bey is our most aesthetic beverage and is inspired by the Arnold Palmer and Yonce herself. Not only is this drink drop dead gorgeous, but it’s equally as delicious. The mellow mix of lemonade, basil, and cold brew leave you feeling chic and lively. In honor of Queen Bee we’ve even sweetened this one with a bit of honey. A big shoutout to all the ladies on this one. Take some swigs of the Bey and be reminded who runs the world…
The Hippie is a crowd favorite and one of our more radical beverages. Instead of being modeled after another drink, the Hippie is inspired by a time period. The sixties. In the same way the sixties was packed with significant social and political change, we’ve loaded up this drink with quite the blend of aromatic flavor. By mixing our house-made lavender and rosemary syrups, a few dashes of bitters, smooth drip coffee, and topping it all off with a little heavy cream, we’ve created something pretty gnarly. The subtle combination of piney, earthy, and floral meets creamy and sweet in a way that’s equally as unconventional as the Hippie.
Americoco
The Americoco draws its influence from the beloved Americano, but of course we’ve added our own personal flare. It’s our only elixir infused with espresso and we’ve coupled that single shot with coconut water, cane syrup, and fresh lime juice to create a beverage that is truly invigorating. As your enjoying this one you’ll quickly wonder why you’re not sprawled out on the beach somewhere. Snag you an Americoco and allow it to revitalize your bones!
The Gilbert snatches it’s influence from the most traditional cocktail roots. The Old Fashioned. The blend of fizzy citrus and smooth cold brew will melt you into an introspective daze. It may only be an 8oz drink, but it’s full of subtle complexity and bold flavor. The fusion of sugars, bitters, and coffee make for a strong yet stimulating beverage. Definitely a man’s man kind of drink. Sit down with a Gilbert and slip into some contemplative reflection.
